The Fragrance

A green rush of Lime and Hinoki ignites the nostrils on first contact. This clean, ozone-laden start is followed by a wave of lotus and melon to soften the citrusy allure of Criste Marine and the chlorophyll of Gyokuro. The subtle intensity of Japanese Gyokuro tea brings a sense of seaweed and iodine to this complex composition with a fierce tone that makes you want to smell it again and again. The presence of Guaiac wood underlines the composition. "Let go of certainty. The opposite is not uncertainty. It's openness, curiosity and a willingness to embrace paradox. She was born in Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the unique climate has given rise to fields of May roses, jasmine, orange trees, tuberoses and violets - flowers that have written the history of Grasse and modern perfumery.
