That's why we offer you free shipping on any product priced over €59, and free returns throughout the European Union if the perfume you ordered doesn't suit you (excluding samples and discovery boxes).
Free returns
At SCENTISSIME, you have the right to make a mistake, or simply not like a perfume. That's why, when you receive a perfume that you ordered from us, it arrives with a sample. This way, you can smell its fragrance before opening your order. And if you don't like it, we'll take the perfume back.
How does it happen?
We organize the free return of a perfume only in the European Union. Depending on the agreements we have with the brands and depending on the country, there are different return modalities. You just have to contact us and we organize the return in the best possible way. Then, once the returned perfume is received, it is checked that it is in perfect condition and can return to stock. If this is the case, we will immediately refund its price.
Free shipping
At SCENTISSIME and throughout the European Union, shipping costs are free for any product whose individual price is greater than €59.
How does it work?
The perfumes you order from us are sent directly by the brands themselves, in a tracked package and to the address you indicate when ordering. We have negotiated with them to offer you the shipping costs in 25 countries.
For samples or discovery boxes, individual shipping costs will be charged.
