The Brand
L’Horloge de Flore, every hour, a flower! Inspired by botanist Carl Von Linné's floral clock, which organized the flowers on a dial according to their opening and closing times (called the nyctinasty), the range consists of twelve fragrances corresponding to twelve hours.
Each fragrance is a fragrant interpretation of a flower at its olfactory paroxysm – when it exhales its best fragrance.
These are non gendered fragrances that can be worn by both women and men, although each one has its own character! A couple can match with their fragrances...
The Story
L'Horloge de Flore is a French niche perfume brand created in 2022 by the perfumer Hélène Prévot. Passionate about nature, she discovers one day the nyctinasty: the opening and closing movement of flowers according to the hours of the day and night.
This phenomenon is illustrated in the 18th century by the botanist Carl von Linné through the Floral Clock. A clock made up of flowers that open at specific times, allowing to indicate the time. Hélène then had the idea of creating her own Floral Clock by composing the perfumed interpretations of 12 flowers. The story only begins.
The Founder
Hélène Prévot has worked as a perfumer for a number of fragrance houses for many years, and is a passionate perfume designer. Her desire for independence and direct exchanges with customers led her to found her own company in 2014. HF Perfumes was born. Having become a freelance perfume designer for numerous fragrance brands and often under confidentiality contracts, her desire to be able to reveal her expertise to the public never ceased to grow. After several years of reflection and hard work, Hélène finally realized one of her dearest dreams: to launch her own range of perfumes.

L'Horloge de Flore, an artisanal perfume house, has a poetic vision of perfumery, supported by lyrical names and pictorial works illustrating the most beautiful ingredients of perfumery, punctuated by expressions of the French language related to the passing of time, an intrinsic concept of L'Horloge de Flore.
