Shipping and returns are complimentary
At SCENTISSIME, we want lovers of fine fragrances to have access to the latest olfactory creations from the finest Houses, and for buying a niche fragrance to be a moment of pure pleasure and discovery. We don't want anyone to give up on finding their signature scent because there isn't a perfumery nearby, because shipping costs are high or because they're afraid they've made the wrong choice. That's why we offer free delivery to all countries of the European Union, on all products with a price of €59 or more, as well as free returns on all products except on samples and discovery boxes.
The pleasure of buying perfume, nothing else
At SCENTISSIME, postage to all countries of the European Union is complimentary for all orders made from the same brand products for an amount of 59 € and more. Shipments are made by tracked parcel post, to the address you give when you order, directly from the brands themselves.
How are my shipping fees calculated?
If you place an order for several different fragrances from different brands, postage within the European Union is complimentary for all products with a minimum price of 59 €. For productss under 59 €, individual delivery costs will be charged. These will be indicated in the cart.
The right to change your mind
At SCENTISSIME, we know how frustrating it can be to buy a niche perfume only to find that you don't like it as much as you thought you would. That's why we're offering free returns for any product with a minimum price of 59 €.
How does it work?
Each perfume arrives at your home with a sample of its fragrance. You can test the fragrance before opening it. If you don't like the fragrance, you have 14 days to ask us for a return.
Please note: to be taken back, perfumes must be unopened and in their original condition (see the bottom of this page for details of return conditions).
Shop with Peace of mind
The fragrances we offer on SCENTISSIME are guaranteed to be authentic and recent. The secret? They are sent to you by the perfume houses themselves.
We offer you free shipping, as well as the return of the perfume if you don't like it.
How does it work?
You receive each perfume you order with a sample, so that you can test the fragrance before opening your perfume. If you don't like your perfume, you can return it. Its that simple.
GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO SHIPPING
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature.
GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO RETURNS
In the event of a return request, the product must be returned to the original brand. The product must be in a condition suitable for being put back on the market: new product with its original packaging unharmed, with instructions and accessories, unopened and in its original condition, as well as all samples in their original condition and unused.
The products must also be accompanied by the Order number, either on the returns form sent with the delivered products and signed by the Customer or the recipient of the Order, or on any other document. Products returned after the legal 14-day retraction period will not be accepted or reimbursed.
SCENTISSIME will not make any reimbursement if the Products returned by the Client do not correspond to the Product(s) ordered.dé(s), ne sont pas en état d’être commercialisés de nouveau ou auraient une autre origine que le site internet de vente en ligne SCENTISSIME.
Le Client ou le destinataire de la Commande qui souhaite exercer son droit de rétractation légal en retournant un produit par courrier/colis doit suivre les instructions suivantes :
- use the original packaging to return the product(s) concerned;
- send the parcel or the mail by registered mail against signature to the address indicated at the time of the return request.
SCENTISSIME will refuse parcels or letters sent with postage due.
If the Customer/consignee of the Order does not demonstrate that he has effectively ensured the deposit of the product with a carrier ensuring the return and delivery against signature, any risk linked to the return of a product remains the responsibility of the Customer or the consignee of the Order.
EXERCISING THE LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the GTC in terms of the time limit and procedures for returning the products, the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the products returned and the cost of returning them.
