At SCENTISSIME, we want lovers of beautiful fragrances to have access to the latest olfactory creations of the most beautiful Houses, and that buying a niche fragrance is a pure moment of pleasure and discovery. We want no one to give up finding their olfactory signature because there is no perfumery nearby, because the shipping costs are high or for fear of having made a wrong choice. That is why we offer you delivery in all countries of the European Union, on any product of a minimum price of 59 €, as well as free return to all countries of the European Union, for any product purchased on SCENTISSIME, excluding samples and discovered sets.
The pleasure of buying a perfume, nothing else
At SCENTISSIME, shipping costs are free of charge on each fragrance at a minimum price of 59 € in all countries of the European Union. shipments are sent in trackable parcels, at the address you indicate when ordering, and are sent from the brands themselves. You thus have the guarantee that the perfumes are authentic, recent, and in perfect condition. For countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are proposed at a reduced fee.
How is free shipping calculated?
Shiiping is calculated individually, for each product. For products with a price of less than € 59, individual shipping costs will be charged. They will be indicated in the cart, before payment.
The right to change your mind
At SCENTISSIME, we know how frustrating it can be to buy a niche fragrance and realize that we don't like it as much as we thought. This is why we also offer you the possibility to return any product purchased on the site, provided that it has not been opened and is in its original state, and that it is sent within the European Union.
How it's done
Each fragrance comes to your home accompanied by a sample of its fragrance. You can test the perfume before opening your perfume. If you don't like the perfume, you have 14 days to ask us to take it back.
Attention: to be taken back, perfumes must not have been opened and must be in their strict original state (see at the bottom of this page for details of the conditions of return).

We have forged a privileged partnership with each of these niche perfume brands. It is, for you, the assurance that the perfumes you receive are 100% authentic and of perfect olfactory quality.
At SCENTISSIME, buying a niche fragrance online is a moment of pure pleasure.
GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO EXPEDITIONS
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped with a tracking number.
GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO RETURNS
The free shipping and return offer applies only to orders delivered in the countries of the European Union. As part of a return request, the product must be returned to the original mark. The product in a condition suitable for re-marketing: new product with its original package unharmed, with leaflet and accessory, unopened and in its original state, as well as all samples in their original and unused states.
The products must also be accompanied by the Order number, carried either on the return voucher, transmitted with the products delivered signed by the Customer or the recipient of the Order, or on any other document. Returns of returned products beyond the legal withdrawal period of 14 days will not be accepted or refunded.
SCENTISSIME will not make any refunds if the Products returned by the Customer do not correspond to the Product(s) ordered, are not in a condition to be re-marketed or would have a origin other than the SCENTISSIME website.
The Customer or the recipient of the Order who wishes to exercise his legal right of withdrawal by returning a product by mail/package must follow the following instructions:
- use the original packaging to return the product(s) concerned;
- send the package or the registered delivery mail against signature to the address indicated to it at the time of the return request.
SCENTISSIME will refuse parcels or mail sent in due port.
If the Customer/Recipient of the Order does not demonstrate that he has actually secured the deposit of the product with a carrier ensuring the return and delivery against signature, any risk related to the return of a product remains the responsibility of the Customer or the recipient of the Order.
EXERCISE OF LEGISLATIVE RETIREMENT
As soon as the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal under the conditions laid down in the Terms and Conditions for the return of the products, the Customer will obtain the refund corresponding to the amount of the returned products and the return costs.
