She has a highly personal style, sometimes even described as experimental, incorporating artistic collaborations and exploring the limits of olfaction within the Flair studio, where she says she enjoys total creative freedom. Her creations are characterised by bold accords and an emotional richness that speak directly to perfume lovers in search of distinction.

First Steps and Inspirations : A heritage rooted in Brittany

Born in Vannes in the Morbihan region of Brittany, Margaux Le Paih-Guérin grew up in an atmosphere where perfume was part of her daily life. Her mother, the owner of an independent perfume shop, opened the doors to a world where each bottle told a story. From an early age, Margaux immersed herself in the great perfume classics and discovered the evocative power of scents. ‘I grew up surrounded by perfumes, with their beautiful bottles, which I've always loved. It was obvious to me that I would make a career in this sector’, she says.  This early olfactory heritage, reinforced by the wild scents of the Breton moors, forged her love for creation and her desire to become an artisan of the sense of smell.

Training and expertise: a path to excellence

Margaux Le Paih-Guérin pursues her passion through rigorous training, combining theory and practice. Her thirst for learning has led her to explore advanced formulation techniques, to work with raw materials and to grasp the subtleties of pairings. She has refined her art over the years, inspired by the richness and complexity of the creative process. After a month's internship in Oslo (Norway), where she discovered the artisanal creation of natural perfumes, Margaux worked as an analyst at Luzi AG in Zurich (Switzerland), then at Firmenich, before deciding to work in a smaller structure. 

A Passion for Experimentation

When Margaux Le Paih-Guérin joined the Flair studio, a Parisian perfumery workshop founded by Anne-Sophie Behagel and Amélie Bourgeois, she found herself in an environment conducive to experimentation. Flair gives her the freedom to explore new territories, where each perfume becomes a field for artistic expression. 

Margaux invents new olfactory textures. Her creations, rich in emotion and conceived as works of art, are aimed at a public seeking unique, sophisticated and sincere fragrances.
